Imaging / Data Reviewed - Interval X-rays or other studies with healing/alignment/implant findings as discussed. Assessment - Interval status (healing as expected / delayed / complication) and working diagnosis update. Plan - Changes to weight-bearing, ROM limits, bracing, medications, or PT orders. - Injections, procedures, or revision/surgical planning if indicated. - Activity/work notes, DME, and follow-up timing with precautions.
